Job Summary:

As a key member of the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing, planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs and campaigns. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams across the marketing, sales, product and customer experience department, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and using data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance as well as ensuring that all initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. has a strong understanding of marketing strategies, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute marketing programs  and campaigns to drive acquisition, customer engagement and retention  across various segments of the Small and Medium-size Business (SMB) market.
  • Pricing Adjustments: Work closely with sales and product teams to adjust pricing based on promotional needs, product life cycle, or market changes.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Create detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key actionable insights, successes, and areas for improvement and optimization. 
  • Market intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to improve program and campaign strategies. Leverage market research to identify new opportunities and target segments.
  • Competitive Benchmarking: Track and analyze competitor pricing and market conditions to ensure the company remains competitive in its market segment.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with sales, product, customer experience and other marketing teams to align campaign strategies with business goals and ensure cohesive messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a campaign-focused role.
  • Proven experience managing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
