About the role

We’re seeking a dynamic Account Executive who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. Reporting to the Sales and Affiliate Manager and an essential part of the Sales team, the WHC Account Executive will be responsible for nurturing the relationship with a portfolio of premium customers and maximizing revenues for this segment.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for acquiring and maintaining premium customers through online and in-person communication methods. 
    • Work with the Technical Account Managers to craft the best solution for the customer and negotiate the service contract.
    • Establish onboarding plans adapted to their specific requirements.
  • Work as an advisor to clients in a portfolio to optimize the customer’s solution by understanding their goals and challenges 
    • Manage a portfolio of clients from Entrepreneurs to Small and Medium businesses
  • Identify new sales opportunities in a competitive environment and execute sales campaigns.
  • Acting as a true ambassador of the WHC brand and products at networking events and conferences.
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with clients by putting heart in everything you do. 
  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly revenue goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, including account management (tech industry preferred).
  • Bilingual in French and English (fluent in both spoken and written).
  • Confident communicator with exceptional listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused and skilled at building strong relationships quickly.
  • Thrive in a competitive, performance-based sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
  • Organized, independent, resourceful, and diligent.
