Apply NowYou’ll shape how WHC shows up online, and how quickly our marketing ideas become high-performing campaigns.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll bring together two capabilities that rarely sit in one role: senior-level digital design and AI-enabled creative systems. You’ll design the landing pages, campaign assets, paid-ad creative, and visual experiences people see first, while building repeatable workflows that help turn a strong concept into a complete, on-brand campaign faster.
Design remains the craft and your judgment decides what ships. AI, automation, templates, and systems are the multiplier. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move from brief to concept to production, work directly in WordPress, and improve the work continuously using performance data, testing, and feedback.
· Design and launch high-performing landing pages and campaign assets across paid advertising, social media, sales, and promotional channels, taking work from concept through WordPress implementation.
· Own and evolve WHC’s digital visual identity, applying senior-level creative judgment to ensure every execution is clear, cohesive, on-brand, and built to convert.
· Use creative AI tools and build reusable prompts, workflows, templates, components, and automations that expand the team’s creative output without compromising quality.
· Build and customize responsive landing pages directly in WordPress using Gutenberg, Elementor, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript where helpful.
· Create accessible, fast, and SEO-conscious digital experiences, then iterate using performance data, user feedback, heatmaps, A/B tests, and campaign results.
· Partner with Marketing, Content, Product, and Development teams to launch quickly, reduce unnecessary handoffs, and proactively improve creative quality, performance, and execution speed.
· 5+ years of experience in web, digital, or graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio of conversion-focused landing pages, campaigns, brand systems, and digital creative; please include it with your application.
· Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable professional design tools.
· Hands-on experience designing, building, and publishing pages in WordPress.
· Demonstrated ability to use AI tools, automation, templates, or repeatable workflows to improve creative output and execution speed.
· Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; basic JavaScript knowledge is an asset.
· Strong understanding of responsive design, UX fundamentals, accessibility, web performance, and SEO basics.
· A performance mindset, sound creative judgment, autonomy, curiosity, and a bias toward shipping, testing, and improving.
· Strong communication skills in English and French.
· Experience in web hosting, SaaS, domains, ecommerce, or another technology environment, particularly in a fast-moving growth or campaign-driven team.
· Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, heatmaps, or A/B testing tools.
· Motion design or video-editing experience.
· A collaborative team culture where your work has a visible impact on growth and the customer experience.
· Competitive compensation and benefits with a flexible hybrid work model.
· Access to training, mentorship, and career-development opportunities.
· Frequent gatherings, lively 5 à 7s, a vibrant social club, and memorable holiday parties.
· A bright, renovated office in Little Italy with a fully stocked kitchen and a game room featuring ping-pong, foosball, Nintendo, Nerf toys, and a library.
· Certified a Great Place to Work® for five years running, because we believe work should be fun, fulfilling, and rewarding.
